Stinson LLP is seeking an Attorney with ten years or more of experience to join the Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division, in any of Stinson's offices.
Qualified applicants will possess excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Qualifications Required: The candidate must have at least ten years of legal experience, with significant experience working with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and balance of plant agreements, equipment supply contracts, long-term service agreements and related matters, with the ideal candidate having experience in connection with the development and construction of energy projects.
Excellent writing, oral advocacy skills, and academics are required. The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:
Active license to practice or the ability to waive into practice in the desired location is required. Exceptional academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.

Our non-partner attorney compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the base compensation for this role ranges between $190,000 and $260,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual’s unique qualifications and experience.
