Executive Director

Children’s Law Center of Minnesota (CLC) seeks a new Executive Director. The Executive Director leads the organization in fulfilling its mission to protect and advocate for the legal rights and well-being of children and youth, primarily within the child welfare system. This role involves, among other things, overseeing administration and operations, Board governance, programs (including overseeing CLC’s staff attorneys, managing volunteer attorneys, and ensuring effective client services), strategic planning, fundraising, public advocacy, and community outreach to support vulnerable children in Minnesota. Applicants must have a J.D. or equivalent and be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Minnesota. Applications received by December 10, 2025, will receive first consideration.
