Workers Compensation Attorney

The League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to handle legal and litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, developing litigation strategies, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and trying cases before the Office of Administrative Hearings. The role also includes representing LMCIT before the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
