Minnesota Women Lawyers (MWL) seeks a dynamic and strategic leader to serve in a newly created position as Associate Director.
As a full-time salaried (exempt) position, the Associate Director will be responsible for leading and managing key organizational functions including: 1) member recruitment, retention, and engagement; 2) equity initiatives in support of systemic advancement for women attorneys; and 3) strategic communications. The Associate Director will also play an important role in leadership engagement, community relations, and related administrative tasks. This position may include potential for advancement.
The salary range is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Associate Director position has the flexibility of a hybrid environment, with the opportunity to work both remotely and at the downtown Minneapolis office. (TBD as determined by ongoing responsibilities.)
