The Fox Rothschild 1L Diversity Fellowship Program (“Fox Fellowship”) will be awarded based on academic achievement, demonstrated leadership, strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial ambition, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion efforts in the legal community.

The Fox Fellowship will be open to qualified candidates interested in our Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Morristown, New York, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Francisco, Seattle, or West Palm Beach offices.

Fox Fellowship recipients will receive a paid summer associate position in our Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Morristown, New York, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Francisco, Seattle, or West Palm Beach offices following the successful completion of their first year of law school. Fellows will receive $7,500 in monetary funds upon acceptance of a 2L summer associate position. Another $7,500 will be awarded upon acceptance of an entry-level associate position. 

Fellowship applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A 1L full-time or a 2L part-time law student in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school with an anticipated graduation date of 2027.
• Demonstrated interest in or commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession.

Fox Fellowship applicants must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and exemplary undergraduate performance and credentials.

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Our summer associate salary is based on our first-year associate salary, which varies by office. Summer associates in our New York office will be paid $3,750.00 per week. Los Angeles and San Francisco offices will be paid $3,653.85 per week. Summer associates in our Minneapolis, Morristown, Philadelphia, Princeton, and Seattle offices will be paid $3,461.54 per week. Summer associates in the West Palm Beach office will be paid $3,269.23 per week.
