Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Minneapolis, MN office for a Real Estate Finance Associate with one to three years of experience. Recent graduates with an interest in real estate law are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders in a broad range of real estate transactions, financing, leasing and development issues. Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions is preferred.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
Visual Acuity
- Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
