Associate General Counsel

The Metropolitan Council is the regional planning agency for the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area providing essential services to our region: transportation, wastewater treatment, growth and development of local communities, affordable housing programs, and regional park systems.  

This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking.

The Associate General Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on employment law, data practices, discrimination and ADA claims.  Will handle and manage state and federal employment-related litigation, administrative hearings, and more.  

Salary Range:  $103,875.20 - $168,604.80 Annually
