Our Minneapolis office seeks an associate to join our Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation (IP&T) practice. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and two to four years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases. Strong research and writing skills are required along with a demonstrated desire to be a trial lawyer.

 

Successful candidates will also have strong creative problem solving, interpersonal, organization, planning, and communication skills. In addition, associates in the IP&T department must be able to understand complex scientific and engineering concepts and have the ability to manage cases, assignments, and team members efficiently and effectively, work independently and as a member of a team, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Individuals who are results-oriented and self-starters with a high level of initiative and work ethic will find themselves at home.
